These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.unateq.com (the “Website”) and all related services provided by UNATEQ LTD (“UNATEQ”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in Cyprus under Registration Number ΗΕ 443403, with registered address at 9 Vasili Michaelidi, 3026 Limassol, Cyprus.By accessing or using our Website, or by engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.

UNATEQ provides SAP technology consulting, implementation, support, training, and related professional services (collectively, the “Services”). All Services are governed by a separate Service Agreement / Proposal / Statement of Work that will be signed between UNATEQ and the client. These Terms apply to the use of the Website and form the general framework for any engagement.

3. Use of the Website

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website or its systems.
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Scrape, copy, or extract content from the Website without permission.
• Use the Website to send unsolicited communications (spam).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time, without notice, for any reason.

6. Fees and Payment

• Prices for our Services are quoted in proposals or agreements and may be exclusive of VAT (unless stated otherwise).
• Payment terms will be specified in the applicable invoice or Service Agreement.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services if payments are not received by the due date.
• All payments are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy (see Section 8).

7. Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and governmental charges related to your purchase of Services, excluding taxes based on our income.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Consulting & Professional Services: Due to the customized nature of our Services, all engagements are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Cancellations: Clients may cancel a project before commencement. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of the project (e.g., preparation, planning, or execution).
• Specific refund and cancellation terms will be detailed in the individual Service Agreement.

We do not offer refunds for website information requests or general inquiries.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. While we strive to deliver high-quality work, we do not guarantee that our Services will meet your specific requirements unless explicitly stated in a signed Service Agreement.To the maximum extent permitted by law, UNATEQ disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.The Website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such sites.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UNATEQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website or our Services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to UNATEQ in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Website or ongoing Services at any time for breach of these Terms or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the Website ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts the Republic of Cyprus.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Website or our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
